Thanksgiving in Fayetteville, Texas

Things speed up as Jenna, Julie and I exit Austin's eastern-end on a 2-day, 27 mile push to Bastrop

"We proceed straight up this road for a little over a mile, then turn right on Golfcourse Road, which wraps around, and according to the map, connects us back to FM 973. The map is correct about 99% of the time." This ended up being one of those times the map wasn't up to date. We were cut off after walking over a mile down Golfcourse Road. That said, at least the end of Golfcourse Road featured a nice picnic table for us to enjoy a pleasant sunset supper.
